Thermobreak Tube is an advanced pipe insulation solution featuring a fully closed-cell, physically crosslinked polyolefin foam. It comes with a heat-bonded, factory-applied reinforced aluminium foil that enhances its performance. Engineered to operate reliably between -80˚C and 100˚C, Thermobreak Tube is ideal for a range of applications including hot water, chilled water, heating systems, condensation lines, refrigeration, and more.

Thermobreak Tube is a fully closed-cell, physically crosslinked polyolefin foam pipe insulation featuring a heat-bonded, factory-applied reinforced aluminium foil. With an operating temperature range from -80˚C to 100˚C, it is suitable for applications including hot water, chilled water, heating water, condensation lines, refrigeration, and more.

Available in 2-metre lengths and pre-slit along its length, Thermobreak Tube ensures quick and efficient installation with fewer joints, reducing labour costs and consumable usage. With a density of 25kg/m³, it offers enhanced flexibility while maintaining durability, and its low density delivers outstanding thermal insulation performance.
