Thermobreak No Clad

Thermobreak No Clad is a fully closed-cell, physically crosslinked polyolefin foam pipe insulation featuring a heat-bonded, puncture-resistant, multi-layered aluminium foil reinforced with ultra-tough close-weave scrim. Designed for durability, it is resistant to saltwater, UV exposure, and harsh weather conditions while offering excellent mechanical protection. Despite its toughness, it remains easy to cut to size using a sharp knife.

Description

Thermobreak No Clad offers a cost-effective alternative to metal sheathing in certain applications. With a wide operating temperature range of -80˚C to 100˚C, it is suitable for hot water, chilled water, heating systems, condensation lines, refrigeration, and more.

To ensure complete system integrity, a specially developed UV and saltwater-resistant reinforced aluminium foil tape is available.

Supplied in 2-metre lengths and pre-slit along its length, Thermobreak No Clad enables quick and efficient installation with fewer joints, reducing labour costs and material usage. With a density of 25kg/m³, it combines exceptional flexibility with durability while offering outstanding thermal insulation performance.
