Description

Thermobreak Solar is an advanced electron beam polyolefin foam insulation with a factory-applied reinforced foil. Designed with innovation in mind, it features a 6mm highly heat-resistant internal layer that acts as a protective barrier between the pipe and the insulation. With an operating temperature of 160˚C and an intermittent temperature of 190˚C, Thermobreak Solar stands out from other insulation products on the market.

Available in 2-metre lengths, it comes non-slit for easy slide-on application but can be easily slit with a sharp knife for retrofitting. Like Thermobreak Tube, the 2-metre length reduces the number of joints, minimizing labour costs and material usage. With a foam density of 25kg/m³, it offers superior flexibility while maintaining durability and toughness. Its low density also provides outstanding thermal insulation performance.
