Thermobreak Sheet

Thermobreak Sheet is a fully closed-cell, physically crosslinked polyolefin foam insulation with a heat-bonded, factory-applied reinforced aluminium foil. With an operating temperature range of -80˚C to 100˚C, it is ideal for insulating ducts, tanks, vessels, large pipes, and underslabs.

It is also commonly used alongside Thermobreak Tube in areas where tube insulation is not practical, such as on valves and flanges.

Description

Thermobreak Sheet is a fully closed-cell, physically crosslinked polyolefin foam insulation with a heat-bonded, factory-applied reinforced aluminium foil. With an operating temperature range of -80˚C to 100˚C, it is ideal for insulating ducts, tanks, vessels, large pipes, and underslabs.

It is also commonly used alongside Thermobreak Tube in areas where tube insulation is not practical, such as on valves and flanges.

Thermobreak Sheet is available with either a plain or adhesive backing and comes in a variety of thicknesses. With a density of 25kg/m³, it offers exceptional flexibility while maintaining durability and toughness. Its low-density composition also provides superior thermal insulation performance, making it one of the most effective insulation solutions on the market.
